As a one of six Directors for Gatorship, an on-campus social justice retreat that makes space for students in critically engage with their social identities and those of their peers, we were in charge of 95% program logistics. This included Marketing & Outreach, with the intent to reach students at the University of Florida to complete the application for the treat. I oversaw the entirety of the Marketing campaign from concept to final product to social media release. As a collective, the team decided on the creative direction and from there I organized the photoshoots, shot the photos, and edited them for the release. We posted one image per day to have a constant social media presence through the month we were marketing. This coupled with other marketing efforts resulted in around 600 applications, with the yearly average being around 400-500.
